Kecantikan luaran itu adalah nisbi. Kecantikan itu berlainan daripada kaca mata orang yang memandang. Kecantikan hakiki adalah kecantikan dalaman.

External beauty is relative. Beauty is in the eyes of a beholder. True beauty comes from inside of you.

Duta (Ambassador)

Senyuman anda adalah satu diplomasi. Anda adalah duta kepada organisasi.Intonasi suara anda menterjemahkan keikhlasan anda. Ekspresi wajah anda juga.


Your smile is a form of diplomacy. You are an ambassador of the organization. The tone of your voice interprets your sincerity. Your facial expression too.

Penampilan pertama akan memberi kesan yang berpanjangan dalam kehidupan anda. Hari pertama di tempat kerja adalah hari yang bersejarah. Bagaimana anda menonjolkan sahsiyah diri akan diperhatikan teman-teman baru anda.

Anak-anak Dunia (Children Of The World)

Bicara anak-anak yang dilanda perang di Somalia yang saya temui pada 1994 di Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Mogadishu tentunya berbeza dengan anak-anak yang jauh daripada dentuman meriam dan perluru yang berterbangan. Saya temui anak-anak Kikuyu di pingir Nairobi menjadi duta kemanusiaan yang bicara dengan harapan untuk menjadi manusia yang berguna apabila dewasa.

What was being uttered by the war-torn Somali children in 1994 at the International Mogadishu Airport was definitely different from those children who were far away from the sound of the guns and flying bullets all over the places. Those Kikuyu kids at the outskirt of Nairobi seemed to be naive as the diplomats of peace and having high better hopes for their future.

Wajah Ibu Yang Terluka (A Wounded Mother)

Dunia ini terluka. Ia dilukakan oleh penghuninya. Ke manakah kemanusiaan? Ibu ini terluka oleh senjata perang.




This world is wounded. It is wounded by its people. Where is humanity. This mother is wounded by war machine.

Keinsanan (Humanism)

Apabila Mahatma Gandhi ditanya mengapa dia menaiki keretapi kelas tiga, jawapannya adalah, " tidak ada keretapi kelas empat di India."

When Mahatma Gandhi was asked why he rode a third class train, his answer was, "there is no fourth class train in India."

Membina Insan (Human Development)

Kita boleh membina bangunan yang tinggi-tinggi. Ia adalah simbol peradaban manusia mutakhir. Apabila semua yang tercokol di depan mata dinilai dengan materi, maka apakah yang tinggal pada jasad seorang manusia.

Saya Mempunyai Sebuah Impian (I Have A Dream)

Saya mempunyai sebuah impian. Itulah petikan ucapan Martin Luther King yang masyhur. Semua orang mempunyai impian. Kadang-kadang ia bisa tercapai. Kadang-kadang impian itu tidak kesampaian. Kegagalan bukan bermakna ia akhir sebuah impian. Mungkin ada tembok tebal di hadapan. Carilah jalan lain untuk mencapai impian itu. Sekiranya anda masih gagal, mungkin ada takdir lain menanti di hadapan anda.

I have a dream. That is a quote from the famous speech by Martin Luther King. Everyone has a dream. Sometimes that dream can be fulfilled. Sometimes that dream meets failure. Failure does not mean the end of your dream. Perhaps there is a thick wall infront of you. You have to find different route to achieve your dream. If you still failed, probably there is another destiny waiting ahead of you.

Proses Pembelajaran (Learning Process)

Proses pembelajaran ternyata tidak tamat di sekolah atau universiti. Universiti kehidupan ada di depan mata. Kita lalui hari demi hari.



Learning process doesn't really end at schools or universities. The university of the so-called life is right infront of us. We pass by it day by day.

Kita tunjukkan caranya.

Motivasi Diri ( Self- Motivation)

Sebelum kita memberi motivasi kepada orang lain, kita perlu memberi motivasi kepada diri sendiri dahulu. Siapakah rujukan kita? Guru-guru kita. Kita belajar daripada alam di sekeliling kita. Kita belajar daripada kicauan beburung pagi. Kita melihat bunga-bunga yang mekar di pagi hari. Alam ini begitu indah. Kita belajar daripada alam yang terbentang luas.


Before we motivate others, we have to motivate ourselves. Who will be our reference. Our teachers. We learn from our surrounding. We learn from the chirping of morning birds. We see the blooming flowers in the morning. The world is beautiful. We learn from the world that our eyes can grasp.

Pemain Baru

Saya adalah pemain baru dalam hutan bisnis. Saya masih belajar merangkak. Banyak yang perlu saya belajar.

I am a new player in a business world. I am still learning to crawl. I need to learn more.
